What happens in a consultation?

In a consultation, we sit down have a chat, build rapport, understand your goals, and assess your fitness and health history to create a tailored plan. I’ll ask about your experience, current fitness level, injuries, and lifestyle factors while explaining my training approach and setting realistic expectations. This session is all about creating a roadmap for your success, and ensuring you're comfortable, motivated, and excited to start your fitness journey.

What type of results can I expect?

Do I need a PureGym membership?

Yes, you will need your own PureGym membership which is separate and not included in any PT packages

How much does Personal Training cost?

Our personal training sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. Individual sessions start at £40, while our 12-session package is £429, bringing the average cost down to just £35.75 per session.
