With a range of packages spanning from 1 solo session to up to 12 weeks of training we have it all.

1 Session

When you book 1 session you will receive a free consultation where we sit down and talk about you and your goals. Have 1 hour of 1-1 in-person training session with myself which has been curated for you. Finally, receive technique and form teaching to help you maximize your training for maximum efficiency and safety.

4 Sessions

When you book 4 sessions you receive more! Not only do you get the Free Consultation, 4 x 1 hour in-person training sessions, and technique and form teaching. You will also get achievable goals and targets set for you giving you attainable goals to work towards and push yourself. You will also get a 4 Week unique training plan for you to follow so you can have structured and targeted training sessions.

8 Sessions

When you go for 8 training sessions you unlock multiple additional benefits, such as 24/7 message support where you can message me anytime if you have any questions about your training, goals, nutrition, and much more. You will also receive nutritional and supplement advice to help become healthier stronger and fitter. Finally, you unlock weekly check-ins where I catch up with you every week over the phone to outline everything that went on with your training that week and set targets and goals for next week.

12 Sessions

When you book 12 Sessions you get the complete package.

12 1-hour in-person PT sessions. Technique and form teaching. Long-term goal and target setting. 3 x 4-week unique training plans. 24/7 message support. Nutritional and supplement advice. Weekly check-ins to update you on your progress towards your goals.

You also get logged reviews from your sessions to track your progress on how you are performing. Finally, up to 12 weeks to complete all of your sessions so you can space them out how you like within those 12 weeks.
